RETURNS
Each purchased item can be returned or exchanged by notifying us via email: info@styrotop.com and simply sending the item back to the company's headquarters (with a suitable letter indicating the identity of the returner).

The buyer has the right to inform the company that he withdraws from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. The message should be sent to info@styrotop.com. The buyer will receive a confirmation email that the withdrawal from the contract has been accepted.

In the notice of withdrawal, the buyer must state:

• Name, surname, and address of the buyer
• Name and code of the product
• Any preferences for choosing a different size or model of the product

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the buyer must return the goods to the provider's address. The deadline for refunding the purchase price is 14 days.

The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The provider will return the entire purchase price to the buyer as soon as possible after returning the goods to the provider's address.

The buyer must return the goods unused, undamaged and in the same quantity as received, unless the goods have been destroyed, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.

Return costs are covered by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing. We do not accept ransom payments. In case of delivery at our expense, we will charge the buyer the return costs according to the valid price list of GLS SLOVENIA. We are not responsible for costs incurred as a result of acting outside the terms of business.

We ship products within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and abroad.

The consumer must return the goods to the following address: Igor Marinč s.p., Zaplana – del 62A, 1373 Zaplana, skupaj z računom v originalni embalaži.
